Puri made his debut as director with Pawan Kalyan starrer Bhadri but even after directing 11 films, he could not make another film with Pawan. Now his dream to direct the power star again is taking place finally. Actually, Puri himself planned to produce a film with Pawan but somehow it didn’t work out.
Teja lauded Chakri for his outstanding musical score. He also thanked veteran cinematographer P.C.Sreeram for canning some spellbinding visuals for the movie. "You have not witnessed such work in the last decade. I am sure it will knock you out," he said. The film has all new cast and is produced by Teja himself. Interestingly, the film's cast was not present for the music launch.
Sneha Ullal is getting busier in Tollywood. Post the success of Ullasanga Utsahanga, she has signed another two films in Telugu. The beauty whose features resemble to Aishwarya Rai is now to be paired up with Nagarjuna’s nephew Sushanth in his next film titled Current. The film is to be directed by newcomer Prathap, a former associate of directors Sukumar and Allari RaviBabu.
Sneha Ullal is currently working for Manoj starrer Nenu Meeku Telusa and another film with Sharwanand. Sushanth’s film will begin its regular shoot in November.
NTR’s Yugandher was also based on Amitabh’s Don. Both the remake rights of Billa and Yugandher (same story and concept) are with Sri Raja Rajaeshwari Combines and the production house has sold the rights to Gopikrishna Movies for a decent amount.
Anushka who was in the news for her linkups with a hero also cleared them. “All the romantic linkups with that said star is nothing but plain rumors,” she scoffed off. Interestingly, the newspaper revealed that Anushka has habit of falling in past life regression. It is said that she believes she was a dancer in her past life.
Despite not getting a right break and a good hit, Sheela is bagging big films. Right after playing the lead role opposite Allu Arjun in Parugu, Sheela now pairs up with another promising young hero Ram. Basking in the success of Ready, Ram is currently working for a mass entertainer to be produced by M S Raju and directed by B Gopal. Titled Maska, the film has Hansika as the main heroine while Sheela is penciled in for second lead.
Earlier, Sanjana and Manjari were considered for this role but Sheela is finally clinched it. Ram, the three film-old hero, is acting with two heroines for the first time. The film is currently shooting in Hyderabad and is scheduled for Dussera/Deepavali release
As Telugucinema.com reported earlier, Vishnu and YVS Chowdhary's film, Saleem, is hitting the floors next month. The film was officially announced today at Thinksmart (owned by Vishnu) office in Hyderabad.
Mohan Babu is playing the villain character in the movie apart from producing it.

YVS Chowdary said it is an honour to direct a film for Sree Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures. "Saleem is 50th production for them and I am trying to make this very special movie. That is why we convinced Mohan Babu to do a special role that has characterization with negative elements," he revealed. He also said that Vishnu had undergone for special training for this movie in dances and stunts. "Vishnu also looks so slim now. He has reduced his weight and gone for complete makeover," he further added.

"We are also shooting major part in USA. And Ileana is doing the main lead in my film after Devadasu. The regular shoot will commence from September 11 and will be finished by December," he said.

This is yet to be titled flick will have grand launch on Akkineni Nageshwara Rao’s birthday - September 20th. Nagarjuna is inviting all the bigwigs from Tollywood and Bollywood for the launch ceremony. Newcomer Vasu Varma directs the movie while Dil Raju is producing it. Sandeep Chowta scores the music.
Shraddha is also being considered for a Hindi film, Teen Patti, which stars Amitabh Bachchan
Major part of the shooting was done at various locations in USA and now its progressing at Hyderabad. Audio is expected to release in the second week of next month. Vishal Sekhar of Om Shanti Om are providing the tunes, while Yogie is the director.
