Sai kiran Adivi who worked in the direction department of Sekhar Kammula for the films Anand and Happy Days is making his debut with a film titled ‘Vinayakudu’ featuring Krishnudu and Sonia in the main leads. Sarita Patra who produced award winning Aa Naluguru produces this film on Prem Movies banner. This film . comes with the tagline 'Romance, Comedy & Cholestrol'
Even before starting the shooting Sai Kiran Adivi tied up with Reliance Mobile, Big 92.7 FM, TV9, idlebrain.com and HomeTown as media partners. The unit organized a grand announcement today evening at Hotel Taj Deccan.
Sekhar Kammula and MS Raju jointly unveiled the poster of Vinayakudu.
Speaking on the occasion

MS Raju said,
“People call me as Vinayakudu in the film industry. Hence the title of this film is very dear to me. I am sure that the 100 days function of this film will also be held in this same venue with same gaiety. I like all films of Sekhar Kammula. I am sure that his protégé Sai Kiran Adivi will also make a big name for himself. I am sure that the producers of Aa Naluguru will have another good film with commercial benefits.”

Director Sai Kiran said,
“We started the film as small film. And it took a producer like Prem Patra to come forward and encourage a film with novel concept. He gave me lot of freedom. I would like to thank all the media partners who are helped us about right from the start.”

Presenter Prem Kumar said,
“I went to Kannada film industry to produce a film immediately after the release of Aa Naluguru. It’s been 3 years since I made a film and I had been listening to various scripts. Sai Kiran narrated me the story line of this film before the shoot of Happy Days. I asked for a minor suggestions and he worked on that script as he started working for Happy Days. After the release of Happy Days, he narrated the script again to me and it was perfect. Sai Kiran is a talented guy. I request MS Raju who is called as Vinayakudu in the film industry to do a small role in my Vinayakudu film.”

“Sekhar Kammula managed to get associated with Bru coffee for his Anand film. At that time he was not popular. The tagline of ‘Manchi Coffee lanti Cinema’ helped the Bru. For Happy Days he tied up with Pantaloons for branding and saved a sizeable portion in the budget. Now Sai Kiran tied up with Home Town so that he could borrow all home furniture free of cost for interiors of his sets. This kind of leveraging helps both the corporates in terms of exposure and films in terms of budgets. The concept of media partnering with websites is prevalent in Hollywood and Bollywood. And slowly it is entering Telugu film industry. I am happy that a youngster like Sai Kiran Adivi is coming forward to make a difference which would change the way industry operates in the future. Krishnudu and Sonia play main leads. Surya Tej, Jyothy, Adarsh and Murali Krishna do other important roles. Sam Prasan composes music and Vanamali pens lyrics. PG Vinda handles cinematography.
